After getting the season underway at The Cactus Cup in Arizona, Cole and I headed to Puerto Rico for a C1 UCI race followed by Pan American Championships. Puerto Rico is an incredible island, full of culture and welcoming people. It is truly an honor to get to race there! We stayed with our Puerto Rican friends and top racers from the island who graciously put us up for our two week stay there.

Cactus Cup Race Report 2021

Finally racing was on the horizon, we finished up our last big week of base season at altitude in Durango and headed for the desert. This year Cole and I decided to kick off our season at the Cactus Cup, a three day stage racing event in Phoenix, Arizona. Before this weekend it had been over a year since we had raced against our biggest competition, and it was exciting and nerve wracking to see 80% of the top US pros on the start list!

Austin Rattler MTB Race

This past weekend Cole and I raced the Austin Rattler, a 60 mile MTB race and Leadville 100 qualifier. It was a last minute decision, but with the help of some friends and already being down in Texas on a mini training camp we decided to jump in.
